She expanded her studies to the fields of Chinese Medicine, Homeopathy and Meditation. In her practice, Dr. Reznik applies these modalities and functional medicine principles to find and address root causes of chronic symptoms and to help her clients reclaim their health and wellbeing. She has completed Reversing Cognitive Decline Advanced Clinical Training by Dr. Bredesen and the Institute for Functional Medicine and is a RECODE practitioner helping people prevent cognitive decline.
Dr. Reznik’s fascination with the human potential has led to her to the study genetics and epigenetics and helping people apply the knowledge of their genetic propensities to optimize their health is now part of Dr. Reznik’s practice.
Dr. Reznik is a mother of two energetic teenagers, who are tapping into their strength as they learn about the world and about their own true potential. Most recently, Dr Reznik’s family welcomed a new member – Toby, an equally energetic doodle, who often greets Dr. Reznik’s patients at her office.
